- Ownership of fixed week

This is the most commonly used time share where the resort offering the service has a calendar that gives the week displayed in a rough manner that coincide with the calendar of the year. When you go for ownership of fixed week you are provided with an ownership deed using a particular week. In this kind of ownership the week that is allotted to you can give the ownership for the next coming year.

- Floating ownership

There are time share that are sold for a certain period of time, may be for some weeks. Here the declaration of ownership gives specification of the time period of ownership and even gives details of what exactly the period of your stay would be. For example, when a customer tends to take the floating ownership in the winter weeks, he may visit in any of the weeks to enjoy his vacation.

- Rotating ownership

The management of giving ownership here involves backward or forward rotation of the calendar. In this case, the ownership of rotating may allow a person to make his stay for twenty five weeks and the next year gives him twenty six weeks and the fourth coming years allows him for twenty seven weeks. Time share unit also provide clubs for vacation as these units can have many resorts in various locations. There are a few clubs that provide ownership for any particular week and the right to ownership of the club is passed on to him. Once the ownership is sold the person a wide range of incomes increases.
